What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at Monster Energy?
Position Summary: Amazon Lead is responsible for organizing, managing and overseeing that all Amazon orders are picked, labeled and shipped correctly.
Essential Job Functions:
• Line out pickers and labelers for orders needing to be processed that day .
• Check orders after they are picked to ensure case counts and batches are correct.
• Distribute orders to be labeled in the order they need to ship .
• Check finished orders to ensure they are labeled correctly .
• Provide daily temp check in list
• Re-pick TO and process bin to bin for damages found when labeling/picking order
• Write up damage report for damaged cases found when labeling
• Print & re-print labels for Amazon orders
• Communicate order status to management
Position Requirements:
- Forklift Certified
- SAP knowledge preferred .
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter that can question / challenge information being given, identifies gaps and areas for improvements .
- Ability to handle information and to stay on task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding projects schedules .
- Ability to grow, motivate and lead teams is essential.
- Quick learner who can pick up new changes with an open and flexible attitude
Pay rate: $18.80/hr - $22.12/hr
