The Maintenance Tech's primary responsibility is to perform routine repairs and servicing on our Compact Equipment (Skid Steers, Mini-Ex's, etc.) and delivery vehicles. Daily activities for the Tech include ensuring equipment is in safe mechanical operating condition, schedule/perform/document routine maintenance, perform equipment and material deliveries and pickups, and assist customers with loading, unloading, and chaining down the equipment.

This position is a very hands on and physical role requiring climbing in and out of equipment, bending, crouching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working outdoors when required by the job. Daily activities include operating compact equipment, chaining/binding equipment, and basic servicing and cleaning to prepare the equipment for rent.
