Responsibilities:
Welcome incoming shipments with a meticulous eye for detail.
Thoroughly inspect and verify products for accuracy and quality.
Promptly document and report any discrepancies or damages.
Masterfully pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
Expertly pack and prepare items for shipping, ensuring each package is secure and correctly labeled.
Maintain impeccable inventory records by updating systems with real-time data.
Perform regular inventory audits and counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies swiftly.
Prepare and dispatch shipments with care, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Coordinate with transportation services for smooth and efficient outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Conduct routine equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance needs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, fostering a safe workplace for all.
Actively participate in safety training sessions and enforce company safety policies.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
Work cohesively with fellow warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
Provide support for special projects and take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer proficiency for inventory management and order processing.
Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.70 - $22.70 per hour
