Montana Property Resources is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Summer Property Maintenance Operator. This position will be responsible for the maintenance of properties, including the spraying of noxious weeds and mowing of vacant lots and pastures using tractors and heavy equipment. The successful candidate should be self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

Weed Control:

Identify and spray noxious weeds on various properties.

Ensure the effective and safe application of pesticides.

Mowing:

Operate a tractor with a 3-point brush hog for mowing vacant lots and pastures.

Follow established mowing schedules and guidelines.

Equipment Operation:

Utilize tractors and heavy equipment for property maintenance.

Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment.

Work Schedule:

Start work at 6:30 am daily.

Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with tractors or heavy equipment is required.

Previous pesticide application experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance.

Valid driver's license and experience towing trailers.

Ability to work responsibly and not impact neighboring properties.

Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation:

$25-$40 depending upon experience
