What you will do
- Support a large RV Park in Los Banos
- Groundskeeping and landscaping: Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
- Plumbing: Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs.
- Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
- Clean homes to prepare for sale.
- Electrical: Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, fuses and breakers, and complete similar electrical tasks.
- Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
Requirements
- 1 year of property maintenance experience
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- $20 - $25/hour DOE
- 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
