Monte Nido & Affiliates has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.
We are looking for a hardworking, customer service minded Provider and Executive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is based remotely and reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition.
The Provider and Executive Recruiter will provide strategic and tactical talent acquisition expertise. This role will manage comprehensive recruiting processes, which includes consulting with key internal stakeholders regarding needs, posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, and more. The recruiter will ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, provide consultative services when it comes to selecting the right talent, and provide other support as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drives specialized recruitment activities with a focus on sourcing, recruiting and pipeline development.
- Develops active and passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, complex internet searches and talent research.
- Builds talent communities through various social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Practice Match, etc.).
- Researches and evaluates new sourcing tactics and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develops trusting relationships with the client groups to ensure that recruitment is integrated into the business unit.
- Drives operational excellence and compliance and sets high recruitment standards including sense of urgency and responsiveness to hiring managers and candidates.
- Proposes diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the organization.
- Provides exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting.
- Maintains a weekly status call of all candidates on active searches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required, iCIMS ATS strongly preferred.
- Experience working with a dispersed team strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of provider recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting in a corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Proven record networking and building collaborative relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop partnerships with all levels of the organization, external groups and vendors to facilitate effective teamwork.
- Proactive, analytical, critical thinking skills; keen sense of urgency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
