Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is seeking a full-time Inventory Control Analyst to provide continuity of support and serve as a Property Control Administrator in the Army Project Office on Redstone Arsenal.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Work independently with broad lateral guidance and responsibility for overseeing the overall management, planning, coordination, and growth of property accountability and supply support activities within the project office.

Control the purchase of materials for product offices and Installation properties/services.

Monitor and maintain property and prepare applicable reports.

Represent Army Project Office in meetings pertaining to Property Control and recommend actions in accordance with army regulations, supplemental policy, local policy, and Standard Operation Procedures.

Perform incoming processing for U.S. Government owned property per ISO procedures, maintain property accountability records, and determine condition of property and arrange disposal of surplus of obsolete material or equipment.

Familiarity with, and use when required, the Auto Scan Tracking System (ASTS) and the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).

Responsible for the accuracy of data input into tracking systems, and file all required documentation.

Attend meetings with staff and work with several Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Utilize the Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program to negotiate contracts with manufacturers to ensure a cost-effective product is achieved.
Education:
-
BS or BA degree in appropriate related discipline.
Required Skills:
-
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; logistics background preferred.

Travel 5-10%.

Must be familiar with Government property reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
