Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicates to our customers all aspects of the sales transaction.
- Responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction.
- Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and initiatives.
- Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of showroom.
- Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited to contact information and related notes.
- Performs other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 year previous customer service experience
- 2 years of retail sales experience
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
- Ability work Saturdays, rotates
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Have a genuine excitement to help customers
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Must pass felony background check
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
