Montessori School of Syracuse seeks a full time Montessori teaching assistant. Our multi-age classrooms encourage students to work at their own pace with hands-on materials. A focus on modeling respect and supporting the independence of the child are key components of the Montessori prepared environment.
Experience working with preschool and elementary aged children and a bachelor’s degree are essential. Montessori certification and experience are helpful, but not required. Hours are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Our well-established Montessori school is located on a beautiful ten-acre campus in a residential area next to Syracuse University. We pay a full-time salary and offer health benefits and a 403B savings plan, based on education and experience ranging from $ 27,000-$32,000.
