Busy Title Agency Seeking a Settlement agent. Must have Title Insurance Producer License and Notary. Most of the closings take place in close proximity to our office. You do not have to know how to prepare an ALTA. Our existing staff takes care of that. If you have Mortgage and or Real Estate experience, that is a plus. Experience with Quickbooks is also a plus.

This is a part time position that can be full time in the future. If you have significant mortgage and or Real Estate Experience, we will consider full time from the onset. For part time, you will have to be present for closings and the timings can vary. Usually closings take place between 10 AM and 2 PM. We do have other closing personnel in the event of an absence.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

  • On call
