We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, real estate closing transactions, and providing administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping our business succeed and is committed to accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with accepted accounting practices.
- Process payroll, including direct deposits, deductions, and garnishments.
- Prepare invoices, checks, and other documents related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with budget preparation and tracking of expenses.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
