What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Clerk position at Moody Dunbar, Inc.?
Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:
•Adhering to work hours as required by this position.
•Following and enforcing company rules, policies and procedures.
•Following and enforcing all safety measures as required by the company
•Performing other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
•Data entry of pallet tags from labeling tickets correctly and efficiently.
•Data entry from labeling tickets correctly and efficiently.
•After registering labeling tickets, verify the pallet tags verify have been entered correctly.
•Maintain spreadsheet of cases per line produced daily.
•Work with Warehouse/Inventory Manager to make sure inventory is maintained correctly.
•Assist with the inventory of supplies and related physical inventory counts.
•Compare physical inventory of all on-site warehouses against Microsoft AX periodically or as required by Warehouse/Inventory Manager (cycle counts).
•Maintain graded product for USDA contracts.
•Maintaining warehouse operations such that lot tracking can be sufficiently conducted as required.
•Assist with allocations for customers that require it based on information received from corporate.
•Receive Sample requests and acknowledge receipt, properly label and package product, record data for lot tracking and advise CSRs requesting of tracking information.
•Compile & ship gift boxes and samples.
•Review all daily labeling line forms and properly file.
•Assist Shipping & Receiving Clerk as needed.
•Receive in office & warehouse supplies and restock as needed.
•Maintain blank label line forms and labeling tickets.
•Ensure that the label lines are properly maintained.
•Perform all other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
FOOD SAFETY RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Accurately record item numbers, batch codes and pallet tags.

Minimum Requirements
Adhering to work hours as required by this position, including shift flexibility
Following company rules, policies and procedures, and safety measures
Performing other duties as requested by supervisor or management
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma/GED required
2 years of experience in data entry & able to accurately transpose numbers
Must be capable of making repetitive arm and hand motions
Legible handwriting
Excellent math & communication skills
Forklift experience a plus
Must be able to learn Dunbar product coding system within reasonable length of time
Must be able to use Microsoft Excel proficiently
Experience in Microsoft Office and ERP systems a plus
Accounting or Bookkeeping experience a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
