The Managing Director of Marketing Programs works across all OUs and Sales teams globally to oversee the client-centric marketing campaign strategies needed to support short term and longer term business goals in order to establish Moody’s as the leading provider of global integrated risk solutions. Functioning as the “Campaign Execution” expert for the corporation, this role will provide strategic leadership in the creation, design and execution of omnichannel, commercially-focused marketing campaigns across the customer segments and workflows Moody’s sells to. This role will be responsible for ensuring the right mix of campaigns executed at any given time are in pursuit of raising awareness for new solutions coming to market while driving demand and generating leads for existing solutions to grow and nurture pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overall responsibility for the identification, planning, development, and execution of Moody’s customer-focused marketing campaigns globally
- Lead the Central Marketing Team’s efforts to transition from product-focused marketing campaigns to workflow and customer centric campaign strategies in order to effectively and efficiently reach target audiences, nurture pipeline, and generate qualified leads for Sales
- Ensure a coherent and consistent marketing campaign strategy across external audiences adhering to corporate Brand guidelines
- Drive collaboration and align cross-operating unit marketing objectives with key stakeholders to enhance our go-to-market strategy and cross-sell/up-sell marketing campaigns
- Lead and build a high-performing team of Marketing Strategists and Field Marketing professionals focused on targeted audience identification and personalized buyer experiences through a nurturing process so that the sales team receives high-quality, highly-qualified leads
- Establish an account-based marketing strategy and execute highly targeted campaigns to select accounts to support cross/up-sell opportunities and boost client retention across our strategic clients
- Partner with Content Marketing team to elevate storytelling, infusing value propositions and other messaging across campaign assets to enhance the buyer journey across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
- Possess knowledge of and passion for emerging marketing trends and techniques to better position Moody’s solutions in the marketplace while staying current with competitive strategies, translating that knowledge into new marketing campaign strategies
- Collaborate closely with other Marketing and Communications counterparts across the firm to ensure efforts and messages are aligned with Moody’s strategic priorities and brand framework
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in roles of progressing responsibility in B2B Marketing Programs and Campaign strategy, ideally within a matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree required
