Associate Logistics Technician - 2nd Shift
As a member of the Inventory Stock Room Team, you will perform various physical and transactional process-based operations supporting production, repair, development, and non-production (MRO) requirements of the business. Together with other team members, you will engage in the direction of the team by coordinating efforts, developing capabilities, completing training, communicating status, and leading change to improve team performance. Additionally, you will support team initiatives and coordinate / manage team performance using metrics and data to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, cost, and lean performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Performing various physical and transactional process-based operations, such as material delivery, kit pulls, floor stock replenishment, material stocking, receiving, packaging, shipping, driving/transportation, ESD (electro-static discharge), and/or inventory management.
- Logistics Dispatch employees physically transfer product between work centers, perform related MBS transactions and validate work order completeness and accuracy.
- Actively participate, and in some cases, lead team projects, process improvements and lean initiatives intended to improve overall efficiency.
- Learning, teaching, and communicating performance metrics to other team members and promoting team accountability for their performance.
- Coordinating efforts to accomplish daily schedule priorities and commitments.
- Collaborating with the Supervisors, Managers, and other identified representatives, to provide the overall leadership of their team.
- Providing training as required to enhance the capabilities and knowledge of other team members.
- Leading and/or participating in process improvements intended to reduce waste and improve efficiency within the work area.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of how to navigate various computer and software systems, with the aptitude to learn new systems.
- Exposure to and/or experience in using equipment such as manual and motorized pallet jacks, pallet lifters, fork trucks, power and hand tools, engravers, motor vehicles, etc.
- Candidate will physically move a frames and carts weighing several hundred pounds and may be required to safely lift upwards of 50lbs.
- Candidate will need to be available to work a Saturday rotation approximately once per month.

- Ideal candidate is competent on MBS performing transactions on WO 11,17,10,5,6,1 among others
