Jr. Talent Sourcer (m/f/div) - This role is based in Berlin (assistance provided)
We have ambitious growth plans for 2022. Entering the US, expanding throughout Asia, unlocking new distribution channels and launching new products; this will all require the scaling of our teams whilst staying true to our values and high standards of excellence. Taking a strategic approach to talent acquisition will be key to Moonfare’s future success. We are looking for a Jr. Talent Sourcer who will be the engine room keeping our hiring funnels full and driving improvements through constant analysis and experimentation. We are looking for someone who would like to build their career in Talent Sourcing. To this end, you will partner with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers and we will pay for industry recognised training courses and talent sourcing seminars.
You will:
- Provide advice and guidance on sourcing strategies to enable the effective and efficient scaling of Moonfare
- Compile market maps, local and international, through researching and understanding our competitors, key hunting grounds as well as providing commentary on trends
- Scour LinkedIn, Xing and other traditional platforms, but also leverage, and always seeking, alternative channels and tools to source hard-to-find talent
- Craft compelling and creative messages that build candidate interest and drive outreach conversion
- Screen sourced candidates for role and cultural suitability
- Drive diversity through sourcing a pipeline of candidates that meet our goals
The next Moonfarian
- A keen interest in sourcing and research, previous experience working within a scale-up environment is beneficial
- Research and basic excel skills, particularly compiling market maps and sourcing trackers;
- Experience in data visualisation tools (ie Tableau) beneficial
- Enjoys finding, experimenting and testing new tools applications and approaches to solve problems
- Fluent in English, German beneficial;
- Creative and persuasive writing skills;
- Curious and inquisitive - asks questions and notices trends
- Empathetic to the needs of a range of stakeholders with varying requirements
