Job Description:
We are looking for someone that has strong organizational skills with attention to detail/accuracy, ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment, and knowledge of basic computer skills.
We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, to undertake some minor receptionist and clerical duties, and dispatch service technicians.
Primary duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Receive all calls
- Handle scheduling for service jobs
- Double check all customer information every time, correct as needed
- Merge duplicate customers when they are discovered
- Respond to any missed calls or texts that come into the office, in a timely manner
- Coordinate with customer and technician, to create and maintain an accurate schedule
- Communicate all adjustments with customers in a timely manner
- Maintain the service for all locations schedule
- Rearrange/Reprioritize as needed
- Regularly problem solve
- Regularly and promptly communicate with the technicians

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
