The Electrical Foreman position is an essential part of our success in electrical system installs on our commercial projects. The Foreman also provides guidance and instruction to helpers/apprentices to help further their successful growth in the electrical trade.

Desired skills for this role include:
- Experience in cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials
- Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
- Pulling electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Hooking up/terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
- Ability to instruct and teach the above tasks.
Preferred skills:
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Computer and Technology understanding
- Journeyman or Master card
