Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is now seeking a qualified individual for an Industrial Electrical Project Manager role.
This Project Manager will be responsible for managing our industrial customers' projects while being a coach and mentor for their field crews. This PM should also be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent reputation with both our internal and external customers.

Desired skills for this role include:
- 5 year's of experience in the electrical trade within industrial settings
- Manage and be responsible for project team's work including the field Foremen. This includes productivity of field forces and enforcement of work rules.
- Creation, monitoring, and updating of project schedules and cost breakdowns
- Price, negotiate and process change orders. Maintain change order log.
- Coordinate with Tools & Equipment to ensure jobs have adequate tools and equipment
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and inspectors
- Market Moore's services, and be aware and communicate to the proper individuals of any potential upcoming work
- Ensure job site is being kept safe
- Estimation of projects
- Perform other duties when asked
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and/or 5 years of industrial electrical management experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skill including customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage time and resources
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft products with preferred experience in Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and estimating software
- Thorough understanding of the estimating process
