In this role you will:
- Partner with business owners to synthesize and visualize buyer, user, and stakeholder workflows.
- Partner with product owners and other stakeholders to lead new designs.
- Capture and communicate design concepts using wireframes, workflows and prototypes as appropriate.
- Participate in heuristic evaluations and research activities as needed to support design validation.
- Develop and refine code-ready visual designs in accordance with team sprint plans.
- Work with product owners and other stakeholders to measure, hypothesize, test and change user experiences to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to design workflows, documented through user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the reporting system.
We seek:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years’ experience as a UX Designer.
- Experience with Figma and/or similar design tools as a key skill.
- Familiarity with data visualization and knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
- Keen interest in the use of AI and other innovations that can transform the user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
