A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO BODY APPRENTICE / CAR DETAILER
As an Auto Body Apprentice / Car Detailer, you provide hands-on assistance to our professional technicians as you prep automobiles for painting. Attentive to detail, you carefully sand and mask surfaces, then lend a hand during painting projects. You take pride in expanding your skill set by learning various painting techniques and using state-of-the-art automotive repair equipment.
Our crew also counts on you to provide thorough washing, buffing, waxing, and detailing services for our customers. As a proactive team player, you're happy to pitch in by delivering parts and keeping the shop organized. You thrive in an atmosphere where everyone works together like a well-oiled machine! You love seeing the before-and-after transformation of automobile restorations, and you're proud of the part you play on our team!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTO BODY APPRENTICE / CAR DETAILER
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- 1 years of auto body experience
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN AUTO BODY APPRENTICE / CAR DETAILER
This full-time automotive position typically works 40 - 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday. No weekend work is required.
