Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of restaurant operations and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as setting up salad bars or garnishing plates
- Clear tables and clean dining areas to maintain a neat and organized environment
- Sanitate workstations, utensils, and equipment according to safety standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest services
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays when necessary
