Role Objectives:
The Product Coordinator will provide support to the Product Manager and product development team.

*Qualifications:
*
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or support position, preferably within a product or design team.
- Exposure to sample management system an advantage.
- Some working knowledge of the product development process.
- Medium to Advanced level Excel abilities preferred, in particular pivot tables.
Responsibilities:
- Support the product development process by assisting Product Managers with ad hoc daily administrative tasks as directed.
- Validation of data included in product development documentation.
- Assist with the samples management process
- Assist with Project room set up and maintenance
- Assist with focus group product testing
- Assist with product testing and data collection
- Assist with admin project set-up requirements.
- Assist with budget tracking and budget system updates.
- Assist with artwork management process on Toy Box.
- Assist with final art release process between LA/MBO and HK.
- Prepare documentation to begin package development and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor and manage product/package checklist in compliance with current global regulations.
- General administration tasks including but not limited to; meeting agendas, meeting notes & distribution, excel report preparation & data entry, maintain document filing system.
- Work with key stakeholders to support and/or drive cross functional internal projects.

Work Hours:
8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, 1-hour unpaid lunch break
8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday, 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Scheduled work hours: 38 hours per week
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
- Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting is required
- Frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.
