Job Title: Assembly Associate
Pay Rate: $18.65 hourly plus .50 cents shift differential
Location: Greenfield, IN
Job Duties:
- Works as a team or individually to assemble, stage, and inspect engine components.
- Refers to job instructions and quality watches to insure accuracy of assembly.
- Completes summary paperwork related to number of parts built, downtime, quality etc.
- Communicates issues or developments related to quality or production with supervisors.
- Follows safety rules and company policies.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, employee handbook and quality watchers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or pictorial form.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, hear and lift up to 50 pounds.
- All candidates will be completing a series of testing that includes reading comprehension and math solving skills.
