What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Assistant position at Moran Engineering, Inc.?
The administrative job is 15-25 hours a week – in the office. Tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:
Manage inquiry emails, check voicemails, update phone system, research potential new jobs, schedule monthly meetings – in person and via zoom, pick up coffee/pastries, schedule work get-togethers, help manage office supplies, request deeds, organize and scan old jobs, help write proposals as needed, draft form certifications as needed, mail surveys, client communication and submittals to City and/or County, help to organize accounts payable paperwork and assist employees as needed. All needed skills we be taught on the job.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
