What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Warehouse/Forklift Operator position at Moran Industries?
To be successful as a Warehouse Lead Operator you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. Must be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Identify areas for improvements and provide recommendations.
- Identify resource requirements and skill sets to meet business needs.
- Support and manage account operations and activities.
- Develop strong relationship with clients for business growth.
- Liaise between clients and project team for effective account management.
- Develop and implement strategic business plan to meet business objectives.
- Generate and maintain account reports and documentations.
- Schedule regular meetings with team members and clients to discuss issues, work progress, etc.
- Maintain account records for administrative and regulatory purpose.
- Identify resource requirements and skill sets to meet business needs.
- Support and manage account operations and activities.
Requirements
- Customer Service
- Warehousing - shipping/receiving
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Time management, and problem solving skills
- Must be able to reach, push/pull and lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time
