What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at More Than A Gym, Pediatric Therapy and Play Gym?
More Than A Gym is a pediatric therapy sensory gym, providing physical, occupational and speech therapy services. We do amazing work and are in need of a strong admin to help us continue to grow.
The right candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, an organized multitasker, good communicator, have great computer skills, have experience working in a medical office, a go-getter and looking for stability.
Duties will include calling insurances for benefits and eligibility, providing excellent customer service, policy enforcement, scheduling and rescheduling, paperwork compliance management, good email etiquette, filing and scanning, excel work, creating invoices, collecting payments, keeping careful records of all communications, organizing documents, working well with a team and individually, and all tasks related to managing the front/ back office and billing support team.
We are a growing practice with more than one location so there is a lot of opportunity for growth!
Hours required are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Working as a team and leading by example with phenomenal work ethic is very important!
