Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential or commercial real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Persian, Tagalog, Russian, a plus
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
