Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to work with leadership to drive insights to improve business results and client experience. The Business Analyst will work closely and collaboratively with our Personal Injury Operations team to understand and improve business operations and process across multiple departments. The goal is to ensure that all business operations are at peak performance and to provide the best value and experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor our existing KPIs.
- Provide reporting and detailed analysis and forecasting on inventory, revenue and KPIs.
- Communicate with the Director of Case Operations and senior business analysts to ensure each of our current programs are running efficiently and successfully and offer input and suggestions for additional support programs as needed.
Qualifications.
- 3 years proven experience as business analyst or similar position.
- BS/BA in business administration, finance, logistics or relevant field.
- Experience with reporting, monitoring metrics and developing forecasts.
- Legal experience helpful, but not required.
- Salesforce reporting experience is required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and working style – self-starting, highly accountable, ability to anticipate problems and define and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Power BI/ Tableau/Visualization software/SQL experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
