The UX Designer will be crucial to delivering on the needs of various teams, so a tight process is crucial. You’ll work closely with fellow UX designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. You’ll be expected to generate and deliver ideas quickly, via lo-fi sketching and hi-fi prototypes. You’ll be counted on to contribute to design systems and research.
You relish the chance to present and defend solutions and can seamlessly tie designs back to research and data. Your communication skills are as refined as your design skills.
Responsibilities
- Design crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Create pristine, impactful artifacts (user flows, personas, wireframes, storyboards, etc.)
- An ability to balance a focus of a UI’s details, with the bigger picture
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levels
- Own the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoff
- Refine, maintain, and own our growing design system
- Systemize the design process for future designers
- Implement and expand on existing research efforts
- Support and build out processes with design leadership
Qualifications
- 3 years of user-experience design required
- Beautiful design portfolio containing real-world projects
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Working knowledge of Jira
- Comfort generating ideas on paper, whiteboarding, etc.
- Ability to organize your work, document your solutions and show your process
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or a related area
- Experience with Pendo a plus
