Sr. Manager, Client Relationship Management
MorganFranklin Consulting is Vaco's global consulting platform. Our Cybersecurity practice is looking for a Sr. Manager to join our growing Delivery Support Client Success Team.
Morgan Franklin's cybersecurity practice provides a comprehensive and robust approach to solving critical cybersecurity needs. From consulting and implementation to managed services and project resourcing, we work to safeguard resources by identifying risks, developing, and maturing cybersecurity programs, and implementing solutions that support our client's business goals.
A Day in the Life
As a Sr. Manager you will report to Cybersecurity Delivery Leadership and work closely with internal strategic leaders and clients as you partner with Vaco companies to expand MFC Cybersecurity footprint in every major market. You will put a strategic roadmap in place that will play a key role in the expansion of our MFC Cyber practice by expanding cybersecurity opportunities with current and target clients as a high-level liaison.
Duties include:
- Understands the market and competitive landscape to build go-to-market strategies that differentiates MFC Cyber in the marketplace.
- Establishes partnerships and alliances to extend company reach and market opportunities.
- Establish 2-4 target clients in Vaco major markets, work with specialty practices on sales tactics and introductions.
- Build out a team of 1-3 business development / client relationship management team members to support growth within the industry
- Execute on MFC Cyber target clients by MFC Cyber delivery team.
- Focus on targeted clients, warm relationships, soft calls, existing MSAs.
- Leads and drives the client strategy for cyber, proposal creation, presentations, and pricing strategy.
- Partner with Sales strategy supported by MFC Cyber Executive Leadership.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring staff, seniors, and managers within the firm.
- Generate new business opportunities and foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
- Lead large scale engagements and consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Foster relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems to develop and improve security at procedural and technology levels.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Understand MFC Cyber and its services and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge.
- Possess in depth business acumen. Remain current on new developments in MFC's global services capabilities and industry knowledge
- Possess strong existing relationships within the cybersecurity or IT executive ranks (e.g., CIO, CISO, Director of Information Security, SVP and VP of Information Security).
- Experience in process definition, workflow design and process mapping.
- Excellent leadership and teaming skills with advanced written and verbal communication skills
We are seeking:
- Bachelors or master's degree preferred.
- 8-10 years in IT Sales/Consulting/Staffing with some Cyber Experience preferred.
- Someone who has sold on a national level preferred.
- Someone who has sold or consulted within cybersecurity for 6 Years preferred.
- Strong relationship builder that has had proven success in building out markets.
- Travel up to 50% depending on client opportunities and needs
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in developing, implementing, or architecting cyber security complex architectures related to cyber digital, resilience, threat management, risk, compliance and/or a wide range of cyber technologies.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated business development success and desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of cyber / information security concepts, risk, and controls concepts
- Strong knowledge of standards, regulations, trends, and challenges impacting your target industry

Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
