Morningstar Living is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist for our Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, PA. The IT Help Desk Support Specialist will provide level 2 technical support for our on-site and remote workers. Responsibilities of an IT Help Desk Support Specialist:

Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to software, hardware, peripheral devices, and servers with the Local Area Network and Wireless Network.

Configure user accounts and permissions.

Set up and administer user accounts and Exchange mailboxes.

Maintain a record of technical support and the remedial action taken.

Ensure backup and restores are being executed and completed according to schedule.

Maintain general security permissions on applications and files.

Write technical support documentation.

Provide user training as needed.

Maintain accurate inventory of all applicable hardware & software systems.
- Provide technical assistance with updates or releases on business applications.
Qualifications for an IT Help Desk Support Specialist:
- Experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office, Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, and Exchange.

Experience troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices such as scanners.
- Practical LAN/WAN experience.

Good problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to communicate appropriately and ability to instruct and train staff.

A minimum of two years of experience in the IT field.
- Experience in the health care industry preferred.

A minimum of an associate's degree in computer science. Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred. Industry certifications are a plus.
