Our company is seeking a Junior Sales Associate to both, develop new business in Switzerland, and to manage a book of key clients. The individual we are seeking must be a self-starter, knowledgeable about the Swiss fund and financial services sector and capable of developing and managing relationships with major financial services organizations at a decision-making level. Responsibilities: • Exceed the sales target, which is based on new business from new clients and growing our existing client base. • Work closely with other sales professionals, product, development, implementation, client and sales support teams to ensure a world-class product offering for our clients. • Based on our product lines, develop concepts and marketable solutions together with our clients that help them to make their business more efficient and their offerings more competitive. • You will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting using our in-house CRM system and managing the contracts for new and renewal business. Qualifications Relevant characteristics will include: • A proven track record of success in developing key accounts and closing new business in Switzerland. • A good command of the financial markets and investment products. • A consultative selling approach and strong interpersonal, relationship management skills. • Energy, creativity, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things. • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal), Swiss German being a plus.
