Information Technology - Lead Enterprise Architect

We are looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect

ITWorks - San Juan Regional Medical Center but can be 100% REMOTE

Assignment type: New contractor will roll-off at the end of his Assignment.

Travel Requirements: 50-75%

Compensation: $65 - $75 per hour W2

Job Description:

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap to continuously improve a broad and diverse suite of technologies, solutions and services
• Research key business performance indicators and industry trends to proactively propose solutions that are aligned to business objectives, current and emerging business needs Create broad architecture standards, policies and procedures Provide architectural leadership, guidance and support for the broader architecture community across the organization
• Generate project basis of estimates for performance, scalability, sustainability and maintainability Manage the overall architectural roadmap, including prioritizing workflow
• Enable business and IT leaders to make process, data and technology investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands and opportunities with the long-term strategic vision of the enterprise
• Maintain accountability throughout the lifecycle of architecture, form recommendations to implementation and realization of value

Responsibilities:
1. Assists SME's and AMS with questions regarding routing or resolution of Workday support tickets.
2. Participate with SMEs in coordinating, preparing, and delivering communications and training efforts related to solutions and related process changes.
3. Measure effectiveness of communication and training to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Proactively provide input to improve the change management strategy that will ensure effective and efficient communications based on audience/objectives.
5. Stay current with any supported system information, changes, and updates.
6. Run and administer change control for solution related requests.
7. Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices.
8. Perform other duties as assigned; supports role of IT Architect as needed.

Required Skills

• Experience with Workday is required, preferably in a Healthcare setting.

• Experience and knowledge of Workday, preferably including some the solutions of HCM, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation, Recruiting and Talent Management, Performance and Development, and Materials Management/Procurement/Inventory.
