We are looking for a Senior Manager, Client Technology Services
Location: ITWorks - Einstein Health in Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $65 - $75 per hr W2
Travel Requirements: 0-25%
Assignment Type is Contract to Hire: The intention currently exists to convert the contractor to a full-time Cerner associate due to an available open card.
Job Description:
• Manage technical groups within ITWorks client sites, while ensuring business standards and service levels are met.
• Drive the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of applications across clients that incorporate the site's mission and vision.
• Drive the completion of annual financial planning, and technology and security infrastructure assessments for the client.
• Develop and enhance relationships with key client executives.
• Contribute to and support the development of process improvements and evolution of the overall Cerner technology vision and strategy.
• Manage the delivery of services and technology to clients and ensure that the client and business standards are achieved.
• Contribute to the development of the overall solution roadmap.
• Provide oversight of the implementation of operating procedures and direct the study, design and implementation of new systems and equipment.
• Ensure infrastructure architecture meets standards, maximizes efficiency, and supports platform compatibility.
• Identify and ensure mitigation of cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management.
• Direct ownership and accountability in delivering organizational objectives that cascade from corporate and client imperatives.
• Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and organization.
• Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
• Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility.
• Identify, propose and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; lead or influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization.
• Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage success and promote associate growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
• Own decision-making for staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.
