Which is why for many or us this is our “forever company.” THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE As the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment where you will lead the lead the team with an open-door policy while monitoring service level metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will actively participate in and drive continuous improvement and will partner with others in the organization to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Experience coaching or leading people Ability to create and continually support people through the day-to-day process Positive communicator who understands when it’s necessary to have tough conversations Maintains a high level of professionalism and approachability A passion for excellence and innovation Assist with other tasks or duties as they arise A leadership style that focuses on collaboration and teamwork A belief in continuous learning and growth Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts YOUR BACKGROUND Bachelor’s degree in Finance or experience equivalent Minimum 5 of relevant work experience and 3 years supervisory exposure in managing a team of associates in a delivery and operational role Excellent communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.) Must have accounts payable transactional experience Completes account reconciliation of system reports and statement balances Identifies root cause of escalations and solves them Be able to and analyze monthly reports and set day to day actional goals Must be a self-starter who can work well within various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively identify business improvement areas Ability to interact at all levels in the organization from executives to staff, including non-exempt level Demonstrates functional knowledge/expertise and people coaching abilities Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Advanced computer skills using a variety of software including Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis Ability to manage competing priorities and manage to KPI’s OUR COMPETITIVE BENEFITS At MORSCO, our commitment to excellent customer service is just part of our story.
