RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support data governance efforts by maintaining data quality, integrity, and security standards.
- Assist in the collection, validation, and maintenance of data from multiple sources.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide support in accessing and analyzing relevant data.
- Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data process documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth data operations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of data models, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Intelligence to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management, governance, and analytics techniques.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly data reviews pertaining to the various product lines to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in risk management data analysis for the VP of Sales, Marketing, Public Affairs, & General Counsel.
- Since SalesForce is the primary tool for our data warehousing and analysis, helps to maintain and configure CRM to meet data goals and support teams.
- Assist with SalesForce user management, data imports/exports, and system customizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, a certificate of completion of a data analysis boot camp will be considered.
- Passionate about problem-solving and analysis.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital marketing context.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Be able to communicate effectively with other members of the team.
- Adaptability to changing business conditions, new ways of thinking, or new technology paradigms across a variety of functional groups and situations.
- Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work with complex data sets.
- SalesForce administration skills preferred and familiarity with Salesforce.
