Job Posting for Vendor Coordinator at Mortgage Specialist International
Our Vendor Management department is seeking a qualified candidate to fill our Vendor Coordinator position. Our Vendor Coordinator handles new work order assignment and follow-up of preservation & seasonal work orders with the MSI field network while adhering to investor, insurer, and client guidelines.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
- Review work order instructions to ensure accuracy prior to vendor work order assignment
- Assign new work orders to the vendor network
- Follow up with the vendor network on all open preservation and seasonal work orders via telephone & email and documenting the system of record
- Coach vendor network on rejections and/or complaints and ways to mitigate future issues
- Assist in production improvement initiatives and streamlining workflows
- Miscellaneous duties and tasks assigned by management
Job Qualifications Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- 1 year property preservation experience
Job Qualifications Preferred:
- Property preservation experience
- Default Servicing, Foreclosure, Home Preservation, Bankruptcy, REO or Client Relations experience
- Knowledge of Agency and Investor guidelines (FHA, FHLMC, FNMA, VA)
