Job Summary

The Client Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for daily interaction with firm clients for service requests, scheduling, and meeting preparation. The CSA will also assist in administration of operations. The CSA will contribute to the growth of the firm through of support of marketing and business development initiatives. An entrepreneurial spirit is appreciated as the ideal candidate will have an opportunity to refine firm operations to better serve clients. The position offers opportunities for growth within Morton Brown.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Client Service Associate can expect to focus on these areas:

  • Delivering superior client service—troubleshoot problems, schedule and organize meetings; serve as liaison between Advisor and client
  • Communicating with clients, prospects, and the advisory team verbally and in writing
  • Screening and routing telephone calls
  • Managing client information—prepare client reports, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork, regularly update CRM and other technology platforms, filing, scanning
  • Supporting projects related to client experiences and firm-hosted events
  • Managing Office supplies and interacting with vendors

Qualifications

The Client Service Associate position typically requires the following qualifications:

  • Minimum associate degree
  • 5 years of financial services experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Experience working in a cloud-based environment
  • Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment

Salary and Benefits

·Base salary range: $55,000-$75,000

·Incentive compensation based on individual and firm performance

·Benefits include 401(k) with matching, profit sharing, dental, vision, health

·24 days paid time off in addition to market holidays
