- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in a classroom setting
- Provide early intervention and support for children with special needs

- Plan and conduct engaging activities that promote early childhood development
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Understanding of toddler care and development
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special needs
