MOSAIC is seeking a Sr. Vice President of Growth and Business Development to work in support of PCS-Mosaic, MOSAIC Technologies Group, LLC., VATC, and its subsidiaries. This role reports to the CEO and PCS-Mosaic Executive Teams and works in collaboration with corporate officers and directors, managers, infrastructure staff, and strategic partners to help develop and implement market-based revenue strategies, develops budgets, delivers solutions that meet customer requirements, control costs, and introduce tactical initiatives to increase productivity while maintaining high employee retention. The Sr. Vice President of Growth and Business Development is responsible for the Market portfolios consisting of all major Accounts and Clients, as well as establishing a robust pipeline.
Position Overview: (Including but not limited to the following)
- Prepare timely and accurate financial and portfolio performance reports
- Ensure program deliverables are delivered on time, and to specification
- Oversee marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices
- Delegate responsibilities to ensure career development
- Ensure the completion of employee and manager performance reviews
- Drive growth through business development support (capture, sponsorship, SMEs)
- Ensure compliance to corporate policies, processes, and SOPs
- Develop brand and value proposition positioning that articulate the solutions portfolio
- Develop corporate brand message and value differentiators
- Develop go-to-market strategies including how to access customers and influencers, and how to organize channels and teams
- Maximize revenue performance from existing and prospective projects and clients
- Implement repeatable, scalable, delivery processes
- Attract, hire, train, and retain top talent to delivery high-end solutions to clients
- Build a performance driven culture
- Partner with internal teams to define needs and maintain business ownership of the revenue
Minimum Requirements:
- A BS degree in Business or Technical field is desired; An additional 5 years of experience may be substituted for a degree
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required
- Proven track record of Business Development and Pipeline development and management within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
- Program Management experience desired
- Experience with Capture, Proposal writing, and proposal development is desired
- Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance, an active clearance is desired
