Job Summary
Mosaic Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse & Receiving Manager, the Inventory Specialist will play a key role in developing and maintaining a functional inventory system. This position is based in our Cameron, WI office.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
- Unload and stock materials including supplies, tools, and equipment, occasionally operating lift equipment to do so.
- Load supplies, tools, and equipment to be dispatched for scheduled installation and repairs.
- Deliver materials to job sites or offices as needed.
- Ensure materials are properly received, assigned, stocked, accounted for, and protected.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts to monitor stock levels and ascertain purchasing needs.
- Perform light maintenance around buildings and on fleet vehicles.
- Assist with preparation, execution, and clean up after company-wide events.
Qualifications and Skills
- Skill in operating various warehouse equipment such as computers, scanners, software programs, and phone systems.
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklift and scissor lift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Training, certification, or a willingness to train in inventory controls is highly desirable.
