This is an in-person position and not remote.

Responsibilities:

• Support Accounting/Finance Department with purchasing, accounts payable and receivable functions, audit inquiries, credit card reconciliation, and other accounting tasks.
• Capture and create purchasing/receiving and accounts payable supporting documentation, uploading them into the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
• Create purchase orders in the accounting system from purchase requisitions, placing orders with vendors to support operations and lab functions.
• Manage the company credit card monthly reconciliation by gathering receipts, preparing the document package, and posting to the accounting system with high attention to detail.
• Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support to operations.
