Description

Join our team of Project Managers and work on dynamic long-term projects. The majority of our team members are long-term employees who enjoy consistent work and a collaborative team approach!

  • Plan and develop projects from planning through closing.
  • Responsible for ensuring work is performed within scope and is consistent with requirements and standards.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options on how to progress.
  • Provide solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Provide effective status reports and consistent communication.
  • Perform day-to-day management of project teams, identify issues and risks, and recommend possible issue and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, adhere to deadlines, and allocate resources.
  • Delegate tasks to resources best positioned for completion.
  • Adjust schedules and targets as needed.
  • Motivate people involved to follow standards and complete tasks on time.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in project management or related areas.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience working and communicating with leadership and skilled technical staff.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to interact, communicate with, and build relationships with team members with diverse backgrounds, knowledge, and experience.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid/onsite work schedule in Indianapolis, IN on Monday, Friday and onsite at at the client, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
  • PMP certification preferred, but not required.
  • Agile training including CSM and/or CSPO.

Where You'll Work

Must be able to work a hybrid/onsite work schedule in Indianapolis, IN on Monday, Friday and onsite at at the client, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
