Job Summary:
The Service Manager will gather, analyze, share, and log important service information to improve, streamline, and perfect the company’s equipment servicing and tracking processes. Direct report to VP of Field Operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Gathers, communicates, and tracks field service data, parts, warranty, and work order information.
- Works closely with technicians to ensure accurate and timely work orders and reports.
- Pays close attention to detail to thoroughly and accurately complete job entries.
- Tracks the condition, maintenance, and status of the company’s equipment.
- Reviews existing equipment and inventory records for appropriate documentation.
- Creates and monitors a system of controls, procedures, policies, standards, and forms as they relate to service, and rental equipment repairs.
- Coordinates, updates, and maintains tracking database for service procedures and protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
Education and Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in the service or parts industry, and/or maintenance or repair work orders.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with service and/or industry experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- May be asked to travel to visit different company locations occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
