Title: Head Boys Middle School Lacrosse Coach

Reports to: Assistant Director of Athletics
Job Level/Salary Grade: Stipend
Purpose/Objective: The Head Boys Middle School Lacrosse Coach will work under the direction of the Assistant Director of Athletics to help cultivate a competitive, inclusive, positive experience for MB student-athletes.
Major Responsibilities:
Scope: Moses Brown is a 239-year old co-educational independent day school enrolling 770 students nursery through twelfth grade. A Friends school, MB exists to inspire children to reach their full intellectual and spiritual potential. Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience: Prior experience coaching lacrosse.
Skills, Knowledge & Expectation:
· A coaching philosophy centered on mutual respect, positive communication, and a commitment to equity, inclusiveness, relationship-building, and care for young people.
· Knowledge of current lacrosse rules and regulations.
· Ability to effectively communicate with students and parents.
· Ability to travel regionally and work evenings and weekends as needed.
