Cheese Repackaging

Overview: We are currently seeking a Cheese Repackaging Associate to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our cheese products. As a Cheese Repackaging Associate, you will be responsible for repackaging cheese products according to industry standards and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Responsibilities: - Repackage cheese products into various sizes and formats - Ensure proper labeling and packaging of repackaged products - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repackaging processes - Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils - Operate forklift or other material handling equipment as needed - Fabricate boxes or containers for packaging purposes - Perform routine maintenance on machinery as required - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in food processing or the food industry is preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) - Mechanical knowledge to operate packaging machinery - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.
