Requirements And Qualifications (will Train The Right Candidates)
- Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck
- Follow route assignment using GPS and CRM
- Apply Protective Barrier Treatment and other applications to customers property
- Ability complete all required forms accurately and on time
- Maintain vehicle and equipment as assigned to you
- Willing to up sell current customers and potential new customers in the field
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Write detailed notes and photos using CRM
- Effectively and graciously present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Team player with ability to work independently as needed
- Safe driving record and reliable transportation to get to work on time
- Ability to use and carry backpack blower throughout the work day
- Perform duties safely and effectively in various weather conditions
- Pass drug screen test
- No experience necessary, we are willing to train
- Company trucks and fuel cards provided
- All PPE provided
- Ability to work 8-10 hour days, 4-5 days per week
- Seasonal Jib Mid-April through September
