As a Service Technician with MosquitoNix, you will be provided the opportunity to grow your career and showcase your independent skills once trained throughout the region of Charleston, SC
Service technicians are the backbone of our company, they are undoubtably the subject matter expert in mosquito defense and meeting the customer needs
- Technicians perform mosquito maintenance, install misting systems, and maintain systems. Service technicians are knowledgeable about how systems work and know how to use the necessary tools to get installs and maintenance accomplished right.
- Service Technicians have so much knowledge about what is happening with mosquito control at any property, they are often who other team members will go to for information.
- Technicians are exceptionally capable at customer service. They get to know the customers when they work on their systems and thoughtfully account for any of their unique needs.

Roles and Responsibilities of Service Technicians:
Customer Service:
- Champions customer experience and interactions with customers
- Consistently communicates and interacts effectively with customers
- Meeting with customers on route who may have issues
Vehicle Maintenance/Management:
- Proactively keeps vehicle branded (appearance, clean, organized)
- Ensures vehicle assigned is active with GPS and adheres to routine maintenance
- Maintains a clean driving record
Equipment/Inventory-Maintenance/Management:
- Keeps track of inventory levels on assigned inventory
- Reports inventory needs to management
- Reports and maintains equipment
Daily Operations:
- Works well with all install/service personnel
- No issues with working outside daily if needed
- Follows all service standard operating procedures
- Works with a crew leader for specific installations
- Responsible for all routes assigned being completed daily
- Adheres to the quality assurance/control checks for field standard operating procedures
- Ability to use various power tools, ladder, and carry/lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to operate motor vehicle independently
Sales:
- Possible presentations to potential clients
- Support existing or new product offerings at all times
