- Process client deliverables, including tax returns, extensions, and notice responses in an accurate and timely manner following quality control standards
- Assist with binder closing procedures and compliance following quality control standards
- Communicate project deadlines, status updates and workflow questions
- Update and monitor due date tracking schedules
- Proactively plan work to meet client deliverable deadlines
- Assist in the delivery of tax organizers and scanning client data
- Provide alternative solutions to solve client issues
- Anticipate client needs, actively listen, and follow through on client expectations
- Other projects as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
- Attention to detail and ability to comply with checklists and reference tools
- Client service oriented (both internal and external)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
- Demonstrates ability to problem solve
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Adept at learning new technology
- Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
- May require some overtime hours
