- Complete and manage reports and activities in accordance with program requirements.
- Collect data and track client progress and conduct assessments to identify possible interventions, provide guidance and referrals to resources.
- Develop self-sufficiency action plans and assist participants in selection of work experiences.
- Facilitate group activities, program overviews, and assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings, case reviews and supervised coaching.
- Track required program data, maintain case files, assessments, support services and work experience by federal, state and agency funding.
- Maintain and submit in a timely manner all required program documentation.
- Organize and inventory supplies and materials.
- Participate in at least 2 hours of reflective supervision per month.
- Participate in at least 2 hours of staff meetings per month.
- Obtain competency based professional development and renew parent educator certification annually.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement.
- Report to work at scheduled time and maintain good attendance. Perform all duties in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Participate with a positive attitude and behavior in all program activities.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
- Perform all other duties as outlined by supervisor.
