What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fatherhood Fire position at MOT1006MOTD?

  1. Complete and manage reports and activities in accordance with program requirements.
  2. Collect data and track client progress and conduct assessments to identify possible interventions, provide guidance and referrals to resources.
  3. Develop self-sufficiency action plans and assist participants in selection of work experiences.
  4. Facilitate group activities, program overviews, and assessments.
  5. Participate in staff meetings, case reviews and supervised coaching.
  6. Track required program data, maintain case files, assessments, support services and work experience by federal, state and agency funding.
  7. Maintain and submit in a timely manner all required program documentation.
  8. Organize and inventory supplies and materials.
  9. Participate in at least 2 hours of reflective supervision per month.
  10. Participate in at least 2 hours of staff meetings per month.
  11. Obtain competency based professional development and renew parent educator certification annually.
  12. Participate in continuous quality improvement.
  13. Report to work at scheduled time and maintain good attendance. Perform all duties in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Participate with a positive attitude and behavior in all program activities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
  15. Perform all other duties as outlined by supervisor.
